In 2007 Connie Goodman, The Ohio State University, was appointed Web Master. Debra Benton resigned after ten years of work with the Web site. The server administration was transitioned from Ohio University to easycgi.com, an externally hosted site supported by OACRAO.

These web pages have been created by a collaborative process involving contributions from many people. Until October 2007 they were maintained by the Office of the University Registrar at Ohio University.

In 2005 the site was redesigned with the help of the Communication Committee and the Board of Directors. Members at the time of the redesign were:
