The Membership and Mentoring Committee is responsible for assessing the needs of the OACRAO membership and ensuring those needs are being met by the association. The committee is also responsible for identifying prospective new members to the organization and dissemination of information regarding OACRAO and AACRAO to them. Additionally, Membership and Mentoring develops and coordinates new member sessions and activities at the Annual Conference and publishes the New Member Handbook.
